Buildium Software..Is there an document software that work with

Hello I just started using buildium software maybe 3 weeks now. I love it so far, my only problem is there's no documents. I upgraded from RentRight software which had a built-in word processor and our documents synced automatically with the tenants. Is there any software that has this capability that anyone can direct me too? Or please share what you use if you're an Buildium user.
