I just wanted to give a big shout-out to @Bill S. for taking time out of his busy life to meet with me this morning. He gave me advice, strategies, tips on being a better landlord, and different tools I will be using in the future. We even discussed the possibility of working together in the future. Bigger Pockets has an awesome community overall, but I feel like the Colorado/ Denver Metro Area has some of the best.
