I've really enjoyed reading through a lot the postings here, it's a wealth of information. And it's great to see that so many of you are willing to share your experience and knowledge.

I've been reviewing some Carleton Sheets material this past week and realized that many of you probably have some great stories about your own "no money down" deals, creative financing, and other problem solving successes. I've never done any deals with a boat or travel trailer ILO cash down payment, buying bonds to secure financing, or any other especially creative way to buy and sell. Would any of you care to tell about an interesting or creative way that you've made deals, dealt with a problem property, partners, property managers, tenants???
