Gently Used Or Damaged Appliances

As a selling point to the buyer - Is there value in having your gently used or damaged appliances come from all one retailer? For example your listing states: All appliances come from the Sears Outlet with a year warranty etc? Has anyone seen more $ come in from your sale? I know it's sounds basic but I'm curious what the BP community has to say.
