Hi everyone! If you are posting a question on BP Forums, it's usually because you want answers from those experienced with the issue you are inquiring about.

What many don't think about when posting is that many members do not come on and scroll the forums and participate every day. However; many that don't, do have keyword alerts set up or follow forums/topics, therefore; if you post your questions in the proper forum, the chances of it being answered by someone interested in that specific topic are much higher.

So please, take a minute when posting - scroll down the entire list (Though there's a long list, if you look, it is broken into categories) and choose the best forum for your topic.

If the forum has a post  with details regarding posting, such as Marketplace, and Investor Deal Diaries, read those, and make sure your post fits the guidelines for that forum.

Also, be specific in what you are asking, and give the details someone reading would need in order to give you a specific answer to your question. Members are always happy to help, but they need to know what it is you need.

A little effort when posting will bring you the answers you're seeking! See you around the forums! Have fun.

All good, except if your thread heading is identical to 800 more thread topics, like one word "wholesaling" we won't read it. So, be descriptive in your title for your question! If it's similar to 799 other threads that you didn't search or read, forget it!

There are no stupid questions, except those that have been asked 1,000 times before. :)
