Looking for a mentor in the metro Detroit area

Hi all, I have been a real investor for about 10 months. I have one investment property that is currently undergoing renovations. But I have made a ton of mistakes along the way and have spend a lot of money on this property. I'm looking for an experience real estate investor in the metro Detroit area for some guidance and advice.
