What do you do when you have problems with irresponsible buyers?

Hello forum,

I am an online seller and recently I had problems with a scammer. The guy stole an item that was listed on Amazon.

He purchased an item from my store and I shipped it. After 12 days, he wanted a refund because according to him the item was not delivered. I called the transportation company and they sad that they delivered the item to the person. I did everything I could in order not to refund the guy, but you know Amazon, they do whatever they want no matter the facts. Additionally, I would like to ask you to share your experience and give me some tips.

Thanks,
