Is any one aware of... or does such a thing exist..

A editor that can search for a word or phrase in a voice file ?

Example:  Podcast #39 How to buy Raw Land...

I'm only interested in any of the discussion which may have centered around say "backend premium"

An editor which could have parsed out the occurrence(s) or lack there off would save alot of time.   just thought I would put it out to the universe
