City Sidewalk Repair
Received a letter from the city (Columbus, Ohio) stating a complaint was lodged that the sidewalk in front of my home needs repaired. I don't believe it needs ripped up, rather just replacing worn and cracked areas. According to the city, I have three options:
1. Get a permit and hire a contractor to perform the work
2. Let the city perform the work
3. Appeal
I'm sure there are others out there that have dealt with this. What worked well for you? What kind of expense am I looking at?
