I just wanted to take a minute to thank J Scott for his contributions to BP.  I have learned a ton of new information that has greatly benefited my business, and I believe that I greatly contributed towards you reaching 10,000 + votes.  I thought I knew a lot, but I always seem to learn something new from your posts.  Your book was also helpful in assisting my contracting and flipping business.  Thanks again!
