Anyone Experience a Type B Corp Yet?

I recently read about the new B corporations. They are not yet in our state but prob will be soon. Wondering if anyone has done one yet. I have done a nonprofit before but it was expensive to get it setup and the rules made it hard to stay in compliance. Though we have always been motivated to give back. In fact everyone to think about donating a piece of property to your church(or other non-profit cause you believe in) immediately before the sale, the church then sells to your buyer, no taxes to you, church gets all the gain, and while we didn't do it this way, I suppose you could have a mortgage to get paid back your cost. Wondering everyone's thoughts on this.
