Hey Guys,

I've been doing research on a new market to invest in and using a lot of free resources - some of which I knew and some I was recommended. I thought it would be great to share these and get some from other investors. Hopefully we can all benefit.

My best free resources
1. Bigger Pockets of course (I'll be upgrading to plus and then pro soon Josh and Brandon)
2. Rentometer (to do rent comps)
3. Craigslist (to list homes for rent)
4. BLS (Bureau of Labor Statistics to check job growth)
5. Census.gov (to check population growth)
6. Onlinetenantapp (online tenant rental application)

Anyone have any others they'd be willing to share?
