Looking for advice!!

Hello everyone,
I'm a young fresh realtor out of Middletown, DE doin big things with big dreams. I'm looking for advice from ivestors or other agents with high success. What is a good way to lead generate to investors? How do I get tied into to groups of people who are as hungry as I am in realestate? I've been to the expos, and i sit down daily for lunch with the big wigs in my office, but i'm looking for more. I'm grabing all ideas, thats why im here and open to discuss. If anyones out there with advice, ley me know. Thank you all have a good one.
