Grease trap on my commercial property
A neighboring commercial building owner is interested in installing a grease trap on my property and paying me. It would be in a location that is near to where my tenants enter my building. Should I agree to this so I can make some additional income, or is this opening a can of worms that I don't want to open? If you think I should do it, what is a fair amount to charge?
