Vacation Rental Desk
I was looking for a channel manager that would give me a booking website and connect with Google Vacation Rentals. They had connections with insurance already, a merchant account, and a beautiful example website.
I signed up last night and never received a confirmation email. I tried calling this morning but they're on the west coast and don't open til 9am Pacific. I didn't receive a call until 11:40am Pacific. I also sent an email. This is already bad in an emergency situation.
The lady was rude on the phone and didn't want to help me at all. Told me to use another email address. I get ALL of my email...spam and all and then block the emails if I don't want them contacting me again...so it wasn't in spam. My email is a standard .com email address so I didn't understand why I couldn't receive a confirmation email when I signed up. She told me to use a gmail or yahoo email. I don't use gmail or yahoo for my business. She emailed me to make sure I received email and I received her email just fine. It's their portal that is crap.
She told me oh well and lost a customer. I truly see how an employee can make you lose a customer.
Be forewarned with this company...they won't even try and onboard you.
