I've created a real estate automation software, how do I market it?

Hi everyone,

As a leasing agent, I came across some issues I wanted to solve. I created an internal and external automation software for agents/property managers to increase productivity as it significantly:

  • 1. Auto book showings/viewings
  • 2. Tenant Service Requests are automatically booked
  • 3. Messages from tenants are automatically answered, if not, then more info is sent to you.
  • 4. Auto-checks basic information to ensure solid candidates and more

Does anyone tips on how to market this correctly to agents/property management companies? My marketing budget is quite low so I was going to offer 14 day free trials!

I am not a PM and have zero software development experience but… NO ONE is going to install PM software with 14 days free. MAYBE 90 days for free? But more likely it has to be freemium. A completely free software with options that cost money.
