Seeking sense of community!

I am a young investor currently house hacking a 2-flat in Chicago. Bigger Pockets has guided me all the way through and continues to do so. As I am coming up on a year of owning, I’m reflecting on the journey, and realizing I need to start sharing my experiences. Being a landlord comes with a lot of responsibility. We know this, especially when “landlord” is just one of many hats to be worn. The entrepreneurial mindset keeps me running in what seems like many directions at once, and I could use some encouragement. I believe having more young, like minded people in my circle who can relate would help me feel more supported and grounded in my endeavors. I don’t have a ton of support from family or loved ones. This is an open invitation (hopefully not sounding like a cry for help) to reach out. My goal is to create a young investors of Chicago groupchat! More sense of community is what we all could use more of, especially in the current climate of the world. You’re all awesome and I’m proud of you! Bonus points if you read this far ❤️‍🔥✨
