Escrow services for paying property taxes

Justin Ossola
Posted

Good morning! I have a property that we paid cash for located in Maui County. We are trying to streamline our process and right now we are having to manually set aside funds for property taxes that would normally be handled by the mortgage company (if we had a traditional loan). In an effort to reduce the amount of manual activity we have to do, we are looking for a service that can:

+accept monthly payments from our bank

+pay county property taxes on time

+notify us if property taxes have been increased or any other outstanding discrepancy

These are all things that a typical mortgage carrier would handle for us. Does anyone know of a service that we could pay a fee to handle this (without carrying an actual loan with them)?
