I hear often that it is a great idea to lean into your other interests and groups outside of real estate where you are the only (or one of the very few) investors or agents there to attract other potential partners or clients. I am still working on this myself, but most likely will be a local toastmasters group and/or some interests with other friends outside of RE! What about you? 🤔
