Different industries D4D? 🤔

I wonder how often other industries drive for dollars… I was thinking about that on the ride to a showing this morning, and was looking at all of the misc. roofs that were covered in moss on the way to Dracut. Maybe they aren’t suitable candidates to sell their houses for our type of business necessarily, but what if they just need someone from a local roofing company to reach out to them to finally pull the trigger on a new roof? 🤔

I wonder if there is a way to be able to send potential leads like this to roofing companies, landscaping companies, siding companies, etc. to be able to give them leads and maybe work out some sort of referral system for clients that work with them to monotize leads for a completely different purpose than RE that we might see on our travels… hmmm
