What would you do in this situation?

I am an agent- My buyers were under contract to buy a property, they decided a day before closing they did not want the property and opted to terminate their contract and give up the earnest money. The sellers and selling broker are refusing to sign the termination and release of contract. It has been a month since we sent the termination. In that time they relisted the property (without signing the termination) and just recently the property has been taken off the market. What can my buyers do?
