Out of state property owner needs help

About a year ago I acquired some raw land in a Florida subdivisions via tax liens. My current position on the property is that it is a liability and I’m considering selling. On the other hand I’m not opposed to building a home on each of the four lots. I’m torn and would appreciate any help the BP community can provide thanks in advance
