Paid lead-generating-services that are worth their weight in gold

Hey friends,

I am looking for recommendations for any and all paid services you use to increase leads on residential properties. For instance I am thinking of signing up for an account for foreclosures.com. Is it worth the monthly fee? I don't know, but I guess I'll find out. Are there any lead-generating-related services you use that you would say are a must have? Thanks.
