Looking to shadow and help

I’m a 19 year old who’s hungry for knowledge and wants to get started in the real estate industry.

Even though I haven’t bought a property yet I consider myself knowledgeable on the investing side. I spend most of my time researching the industry and finances in general and have been doing that for the past two years. I’m familiar with terms and how things work.

I have quite the eye for spotting things and making moves. I also have “common sense”, if you deal with people you know what I mean.

I currently have my RE license (just got it, not working yet).

I’m from the U.S. but have spent most of my life in and near Mexico, that being said you could say I’m fairly new and don’t have much contacts.

I am currently working at playa vista and am constantly around high net individuals (might be of help to someone).

I have some money saved up with hopes of putting that as a down payment in the future (ideally using an FHA loan 3.5%).

Thank you in advance!
