Contacting Owners of a Distressed Property
Hello,
I have just joined this group recently. One topic I was interested in was how would I go about contacting the owners of a distressed property. This would be my first time purchasing and investing in a property. I've gotten the contact information of the owners, however, I do not know what would be the best way to contact them. I was thinking of mailing letters, but I'm not sure what to include in my writing besides that I'm interested in purchasing their property. I've heard that some people include a photo of themselves and some brief personal info on who they are to help the property owner get to know who they are. I was hoping to hear others' opinions or experiences on what's best to do when mailing a letter or would a different way of contacting the owner be better?
Thank you in advance,
Dmitriy M.
