My name is Joe and I recently signed up for BiggerPockets. I wanted to know what the difference was between Tax Sales Auctions, Tax Lien Auctions and Tax Deed auctions were? I have been doing countless hours of research and cannot find a clear cut answer if anyone could elaborate I would be most thankful.
