Could use some help or guidance...
So I've not yet formally introduced myself... But I've been receiving BP info for the longest, heard about it again on YouTube and decided to be more engaging as you as all might have the expertise to assist...
I currently own a property in the Chicago area. Had some issues with my help and it's basically abandoned. I'm wanting to either finish the rehabs that were started and sell it or sell as is. Problem I have is, I'm not in the area nor have contacts close enough there to help out.
If anyone happens to know of any decent rehab companies, that'd be a great start. Or someone interested in buying properties in that area, that's an option too.
Thanks in advance, Angel

Hey Na Na!
@Paul De Luca and I are on the same team, The Axon Group (eXp Realty), and we have an extensive network of investors looking for off market properties in and around Chicago. I would be more than happy to be your boots on the ground contact here since you're not currently in the area. As Paul mentioned, Jonathan Klemm could be a great resource to work as GC if you decide to complete the rehab. But let's connect either way! Looking forward to seeing what we can do to help!
