Question for the seasoned veterans investing in connecticut i am a rookie with a buy and property in torrinngton where would you say or give advice on neighborhoods or towns to stay away from looking to keep investing in CT in multifamily homes with decent price point for buy and hold goal is for long term cashflow Thanks in advance all comments welcomed and thank you.
