Thoughts on Sitzer v. N.A. of Realtors - Now a Class Action Suit

A Missouri Judge recently certified this case as a Class Action and may have opened the doors for anyone who sold a home in the last 8 years to seek reimbursement from their buyers agent and could possibly restructure the way commissions are paid from here on out.  Any agents have any thoughts on this?
