Hi everyone my name is Michael, im new to rentals, information gathering stage, will be dipping my toe with my own house in a few months.
One concern of mine is : rental contract for South Carolina? Was wondering where I can get a sort of or blueprint that would cover the basics to protect my self? thank you in advance for your help!!
