Former Seller came back looking for her dead husband. 😱🤭
So we get a call from our workers saying that the former seller came back onto the property and was digging around trying to find the yarn where her husband’s ashes were placed. The worker helped dig around for about an hour with the former seller with no  results and finally told the former seller that they could not find it and would need to go ahead and leave which she did. I’ve been buying and selling properties for over 20 years now and this is the first I’ve ever had something like this happen.

With many people very superstitious hopefully the seller does not come back once the new residence are in place.

    Crazy one @Joe S. !

I did a flip a few years ago and was leaving after a long workday when I saw lights down on a lower level (large lot). Went to investigate and it was a very distraught young lady kneeling by some rocks and wailing at the sky. She kept yelling a name....I didn't know what to do, it wasn't serious enough for the cops, but still.....

Turns out her pet rabbit had died and was buried there - well maybe...she was high as a kite on meth....
