PM is pissing me Off
So I told my Property management that I wanted to repair the stairs of my 2nd unit of triplex. They are side by side. They decided to repair the 3rd and send me the bill. I was very clear which unit In my emails regarding the issue. The 3rd unit stairs did not need repair.
It is wrong that I want them to pay for both labor and materials for the repair I didn’t request? The 2nd unit stairs still need to be addressed. I’m still waiting for them to acknowledge their mistake and absorb the cost.
