House hacking without moving

Hello everyone, im new to bigger pockets. I just purchased a 5 unit commercial/residential property with a monthly income of close to 2000 after expenses. My question is, are there any good ways to house hack without moving or financing my current house?

As for now its concidered our forever home and we would like to pay it off, but we are still interested in doing some fix and flips, and rentals, possibly a "KIDDY CONDO" in a couple years when our oldest turns 18. I look forward to hearing new ideas to further my investment future.
