What should be my next move?

Hello all, I'm am new to real estate investing. last year I purchased my first primary home with a VA loan. The process was nice and easy, that made me want to purchase another property. Six months later I managed to do so using owners financing, which happened to be a great deal as well. bought the property for 148k, gave the owners 5k down and my interest is at 3%, mortgage for this property is 600 and currently renting it out for 1200. the home is "valued " at 230k. I have been reading up on many real estate books including bigger pocket books and they are all great but I'm stuck due to analysis paralysis. afraid to take that next big step. I've been thinking of pulling the equity in both properties to hopefully purchase a multifamily, but not to sure if that's the right way to go. what would you do?
