Looking for an Integrator

Hi! I'm Lais Keese a visionary who started my REI business in mid 2020, I have acquired 15 doors since and I'm hoping to turn up and scale. I am a visionary and I'm getting overly stressed by doing both the visionary and the integrator's job, that's why I'm looking for an integrator, a person who loves to implement systems and processes, who is detail-oriented, who likes to engineer, a true integrator. As I have a vision to what my business will look like, big relationships and no fear to action, I would love to find the yin to my yang.
