Hi, 

I'm new to the real estate investing scene (and this site). I don't have any properties yet but I should be ready to invest soon. I've come here to meet some new people who are more experienced than me and can help me learn more about the rental business. They say getting your first rental is the hardest, I think I'm ready to take that step. I'm a NJ transplant in the Binghamton area.
