German long distance investment - Question about founding LLC

Hello all,

I am living in Germany and on my way to buy my first real estate in Atlanta Georgia.

My strategy of investment would be BRRRR, But I don't want to buy as an individual, I want to found an LLC first and send the capital from my account in Germany to the LLC bank account, and then buy the property as the LLC.

I have no idea how to start this and who to contact? I know I can found the LLC via firstbase.io but I am not confident enough if this is the way to do it.

I need a piece of advice or connect with someone / Tax advisor/ migration attorney who can support me on this!

I really appreciate your help and support and looking forward for your replies and answers.

Cheers, Essam
