Looking to meet up with Investors in KCMO

Hey all!

I'm stopping in to KCMO this week, a market I've always been excited about checking out. I would love to meet up with some local investors and talk shop. I'm a Canadian, have a couple rental properties there, and am looking into getting into the KCMO market. If there are any REIA meetings this week, I'd also happily attend. Looking forward to getting to meet some of you guys.

For reference sake - the type of property I'm interested in investing in is mid-rise "small" multifamily. Specifically 6-12 unit purpose built apartment buildings, which I know are a dime a dozen in KCMO!
