Advise for an aspiring young investor.

Sorry for the misspell ADVICE. 

Hi everyone hope y’all are having a great day I am currently seeking out any and all advice on real estate the only knowledge I have is my dedicated 1-2 hours a day for reading and learning about real estate have been studying strong for a few months and only trouble I am having really is the OPM part of it I’d love to hopefully get some great connections and great advice I thank everyone and hope to hear back have a blessed day.

I appreciate both of y’all a whole bunch I will definitely order the books you have both recommended and thoroughly read through them and yes I am ready to take action it’s scary to even think about but I have to learn to get over that fear and keep analyzing and researching til I find something that I’d like to get into I want to start in multi-family investing and hope to start by the end of this year like you said Katherine having a little track record can go a long way with potential investors in the future because you can show them that you know how to do the deals and that you have implemented that into your own life and that you can be trustworthy again I appreciate both responses many blessings.
