Newbie looking for House Hacking Strategy (mentor wanted)
Hello! My name is Rachel and I currently live in Lake Saint Louis, MO. Planning to move to Indiana in a couple of months. I am new and learning about real estate investing. I am in need of a mentor. I realized the USDA loan only qualify for single-family residence. I am still confused about zoning law. So, it seems like the FHA loan may be an only option for me but require some down payment in order to get the 2–4-unit multi-family residence. I am hoping for $0 down payment. If not then what should I do? By the way, I do have some money saved just not enough.
