Hi. 

I am currently looking for any recommendations for a business attorney in the St. Petersburg, Florida area. I am considering buying an existing (small) business and would like to meet/talk with a attorney to help guide me in looking over the business documents, laws and the transaction (if the business checks out and is a good investment). I am currently in Aurora/Denver, Colorado looking to move to Florida for this. Any recommendations are welcome.
