DAYTON OH is located on intersection of two busy highways and its in middle of Indianapolis and Columbus which are booming. but why Dayton is lacking huge investments ? returns are great, vacancies are below national average, very affordable, also is one of the cities where a tenant can rent with their SS benefits so its very affordable.

@Hemrajsinh Waghela I second this. I'm up in Mansfield, about 1.5 hours from Dayton, and I like the area!
