Any recommendations for a beginning investor, mostly pertaining to building local relationships and networking in the Houston area. Also any recommendations for getting out of the analysis paralysis state and getting the ball rolling?

I’ve been intentionally drowning myself with real estate knowledge from the rookie podcast to the bigger pockets podcast to investing hours into reading all that I can on real estate!

SUPER EXCITED and want to get the ball rolling with my first property, mostly looking for duplex or triplex, with potentially using a 203k with the right property in play! Also wouldn’t mind having partners or hard, private money lenders for the right property!

If dup or tri isn’t an opportunity than would love to get in touch with the right people and build Rep-or so that I can potentially house-hack on a single family!

Any recommendations or help will be deeply appreciated!
