Paid for Real Estate Investing courses/mentorship? good or bad?

Gabriela Tuma
Posted

Hi All,

I am new to real estate investing, and am trying to learn as much as possible.  In my research I have come across paid for Real Estate Courses.  These promise to teach you different ways of financing, analyze properties for you, guide you and mentor you... all for a cost$$.  I'd love to hear any thoughts, or feedback.  has anyone had success with a paid for course/ mentorship?  or is this a waste of my money... I appreciate any insights.

thank you!
