Will U.S. government run and operate rental properties completely
Hi everyone, I’ve been learning about real estate investing for some time now. One thing I’ve been questioning is if the government will ever seize properties in the future or put restrictions in place making it nearly impossible to profit from rentals. Basically, rental housing would be public. I just wanted everyone’s opinion on if this is likely or not. Would this end real estate investing or have there possibly of doing so? Here is an article that explains this topic, too.
