Kansas City Looking for Portfolio Lenders

Dear BP Family,

I'm looking for portfolio lenders that could lend me money to buy small multifamily properties I will not live in.  I've heard of 80/15/5 products where the bank loans 80%, the seller carries a second mortgage of 15% and I (the buyer) put down 5%.  If anyone knows of lending institutions that would be willing to lend on these or similar terms, please let me know.  I am buying in Johnson County, KS.  Thank you all in advance!
