Kansas City bank recommendations?
Looking for a bank in the KC area that will be a bit creative and lend to a potential owner occupant that has 18 months in my new business. Great credit, great down payment, good income, but the big banks can't get me financed until I have 2 years of tax returns. Surely there are some local banks or credit unions that can keep the loan on their books. Any suggestions?
Thanks all!
