Are there any Dubuque, IA Flippers out there?

Hello! Recently I have seen a lot of mulit-family properties on the MLS in Dubuque, IA that are going for nearly nothing. I contacted my agent about them and she indicated that many of them are being sold by one seller and the properties are all in terrible shape.

Although someday we may be able to try out the BRRR strategy ourselves, at this time we are not able to spend the time on rehab. Therefore, I am wondering how many flippers we might have in the Dubuque area and if we might be able to connect and possibly work together on some of these homes.

In that area it's scattered, but the Almond st, Ellis st, and locust st, is more lower end properties in my opinion. Clarke College is not far from that area, but I believe a lot of the students stay on campus. Most of the Loras college and University of Dubuque students live around the University st, Loras boulevard, Alta Vista st, Clarke dr areas. Again just my opinion. Hope some of this helps
