Recouping Excess Rental Fees from City
Hello all. Over the past few years I've paid over $1200 in government rental fees to West Lafayette, and with the Indiana Supreme Court's recent ruling in the Herman & Kittle case it seems that almost all of the fees collected were illegal due to state law. I was wondering if anyone else is beginning to take steps to recoup some of the fees that were improperly paid to West Lafayette and Bloomington?
