Best/cheapest lender/mortgage broker in Indiana (Lake county)

Can u guys please help me out?

I am looking for  a lender/mortgage broker who can finance a fourplex?

I am looking for investor friendly+cheap rates...

It does not have to be anybody from Lake county but the lender should be able to finance Lake county real estate...

Dont really want to go through hard money because they are expensive..
